  • How do I order?
    Please fill out an order inquiry form and I'll be in touch through email. For custom cakes fill out this form, for custom macarons fill out this form. I look forward to working with you!
  • What are accepted forms of payment?
    I accept cash and credit cards. Electronic payments may be made through Zelle, PayPal, ApplePay, Venmo, and Cash App.
  • What if I have food allergies?
    Macaron shells contain almonds and are gluten-free (depending on flavor). Depending on the filling, they may also be dairy-free, and vegan options are available. There are gluten-free and vegan cake options as well. All baking is done in the same kitchen so there is a possibility of cross contamination between allergens.   • What is a macaron?
    These cookies are made by carefully mixing almond flour and meringue. Two macaron shells are sandwiched together with a variety of fillings. The filling can be ganache, buttercream, jam, curd, or a mixture of these. They have a smooth, crisp shell and a soft, chewy center.
  • What is the shelf life of a macaron?
    Macarons should be stored in the refrigerator in an airtight container. They can last in the fridge about one week, and in a freezer for about two months. They are best served at room temperature, so defrost before consumption.
  • Do you ship products?
    As of now shipping is not available for baked goods, however I can deliver products for a fee. The delivery fee is $0.75/mile round trip, and I am located in Clermont, FL 34714. Shipping is available for merchandise, please visit my online shop to place your order. FREE shipping on orders over $49.
  • How does A Sweet Whim impact the environment?
    I am always energy conscious with my products and services. I utilize reusable piping bags and silicone mats so that I can avoid single-use products whenever possible. My packaging is made from recycled material and is recycleable or compostable after use (proud member of the Eco Packaging Alliance). Food waste is minimized whether it gets repurposed or composted.
  • What sets you apart from the rest?
    I am imaginative with my flavors and go above and beyond to make your sweet dreams come true. I am organized, professional, and communicative, so you can rest assured there will be zero stress when working with me. Sustainability is at the top of my priority list, and I do my part to support my local community. 5% of profits each month goes toward a charity, organization, or project in need.
