Deposits: A Sweet Whim LLC requires a 50% initial non-refundable deposit to secure the order.

Final payment: Final payment is due at least 3 days before the order due date. A Sweet Whim LLC reserves the right to cancel the order if payment is late.

​

Equipment rental: The equipment must be returned within 72 hours of the event. The returned equipment is evaluated, and a refund of the deposit is based on the condition of the items.

​

Rush orders: Requests made one week before due date may be subject to rush order fees.

​

Changes: A Sweet Whim LLC will do it’s best to accommodate any changes that are made one week before the order due date. Please note - extra charges may apply to last-minute changes.

​

Cancellations: Cancelled orders will be refunded minus the deposit and any monies already spent on supplies. If a cancellation is requested after work has been started, there will be no refunds.​

​

Allergy warning: Baked goods may have come in contact with allergens. The Client is responsible for notifying A Sweet Whim LLC of guest’s potential allergy hazards when placing an order.

​

Non-edibles: Cakes will occasionally include non-edible items on or in the cake. It is your responsibility to ensure they are removed before serving.

​

Cake design: A Sweet Whim LLC cannot duplicate an exact copy of another cake artist’s work but will ensure the look is similar.

​

Care: Once an order is no longer in the care of A Sweet Whim LLC (delivered or picked up) the business shall take no responsibility for any damage caused.

​

Delivery: A Sweet Whim LLC will make every effort to ensure a safe and timely delivery, but certain incidents may occur that are beyond our control. In such cases, we cannot be held responsible for any damage or delay caused to the product during transit. However, we will work to our best ability to resolve any issues that may arise.

Media: A Sweet Whim LLC reserves the right to use all photographs of the cake and desserts for advertising purposes.
